Accommodation in the real Berlin for 1- 4 individual tourists**, not fare away from the Alexanderplatz (railway-station). The street is called Käthe-Niederkirchner-Str. The flat is in a typical old building (Gründerzeit) at the first floor. All rooms (50 m²) are redecorated. There is a complete new kitchen, a modern bathroom with tub and shower, 2 living/sleeping-rooms, including a balcony. There You can have breakfast in the morning sun or You can have a cigar. 

You live central in a quiet surrounding, not fare away from the historical centre and the city-east with its TV tower (Fernsehturm) and only 10 minutes away (by bus) from the Museumsisland (Museumsinsel), the Berliner Dome, the German State Opera House (Deutsche Staatsoper), many other sights and theatres.

You live in the historical heart of the district Prenzlauer Berg with the Watertower (Wasserturm), built in 1877. A lot of creative people are living and working here. A shop with modern-art is lokated in Your house. Everywhere are restaurants, pubs, bars, clubs, art-galleries and small shops. Also You can find nearby discounter and a bio-discounter. You are able to  reach the cultural-brewery (Kulturbrauerei) and many theatres in a short time.
